Andy is the overall WE Lead director.
He has worked in and with the third sector over almost thirty years, and since joining ARU has led various projects in this area, most notably as course director for charity and social enterprise management (2010-2020).
Nicky has been an associate lecturer at ARU for ten years and was recently the Social Enterprise Expert on the Blueprint for the Circular Economy project. She has worked to support and develop social enterprises for over 30 years and is a specialist in Social Impact Measurement.
