What’s on offer? A series of Masterclasses on broad topics with bonus hour-long webinars giving more information on specific leadership areas.
Who is it for? The programme has been designed for anyone with a leadership/management role, paid or unpaid in a charity, social enterprise or voluntary organisation.
Am I eligible? If you have this type of role at an organisation based in Braintree district, then YES!
Do I have to attend all the sessions? No—you can mix and match as appropriate.
Can my organisation sign several people up? Yes, provided they each register individually.
Will it be too academic? ARU has 20 years’ experience working with charity managers like you. Sessions focus on your own workplace practice.
I’m starting a new charity or other group, is this for me? Possibly - or look at Social Entrepreneurship instead.
How much does it cost? The good news is that thanks to Braintree District Council all places are fully-funded.
